Terms of Use Agreement

Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services via the Internet through this electronic platform. The use of Match Store by any person, whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise, is considered their consent and acceptance, with full legal capacity recognized by Sharia, system, and law, to all the provisions and articles of this agreement. This confirms your commitment to its rules and stated content. This agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the store and is effective once you agree to it and start registering with Match Store in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article One – Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the definitions of key terms used in this agreement:

(The Store): Refers to Match Store, including all forms of Match Store on the Internet, whether an electronic application or a page on any social media platform.
(The User): Refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
(The Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and organize the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the User:

The user acknowledges that they have full legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law to deal with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old.
The user agrees that if they violate this article, they bear the consequences of this violation before others.

Article Three – Nature of Match Store’s Commitment:

Match Store’s commitment towards consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).
Match Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services depending on the nature and type of (the service or product) requested by the user.

Article Four – Rules for Using Match Store:

The user must use Match Store’s electronic platform in accordance with public ethics and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user must not use any purchased service or product in violation of public ethics and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership with Match Store as a user, you are required to provide information for accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

Hold Match Store responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and immediately notify Match Store of any unauthorized use or breach of your account information.
Acknowledge that Match Store will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, material or moral, resulting from the disclosure of account information.
Use your account or membership personally, and you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, you bear the consequences of any losses or misuse.
Use Match Store seriously and honestly.
Provide accurate, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration and update it if changes occur.
Match Store will handle your personal information and contact details with full confidentiality.
If Match Store discovers that you have provided false, incomplete, outdated, or illegal information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account without prejudice to other rights of Match Store.
Failure to comply with any of the above gives Match Store the right to suspend or cancel your store, membership, or access to services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Channels:

The parties agree that communication will be through email, WhatsApp registered on the platform, phone number, or social media platforms.
All data and communications provided electronically are equivalent to written forms and serve as valid evidence for legal and regulatory purposes.
The user agrees that Match Store may notify them of any terms or agreements via general messages sent to all users or specific users.

Article Seven – Modifications to the Terms and Fees:

Match Store may notify you of any modification to this agreement through official communication channels.
If you object to any modification, Match Store expects you to stop using its services. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the changes.
All fees are in Saudi Riyals, and users must pay all applicable fees along with any additional expenses added by Match Store using approved payment methods.
Match Store may impose fees on certain users depending on offers, products, services, or government-imposed taxes.
Match Store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees under the terms of this agreement for any user.

Article Eight – Payment Services:

Match Store provides payment systems through its partners, which may be online via available payment options or any method provided by Match Store from time to time.
Match Store determines the price of services or products according to the prevailing market value.
Match Store must provide invoices for all amounts and profits generated and provide the user with a purchase invoice.
Match Store ensures accounting standards are applied in accordance with this agreement and relevant legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests.

Article Nine – Personal Information and Transaction Details:

The user grants Match Store an unlimited, global, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use personal or other information provided on the platform for any purpose deemed necessary by the platform.
Consumer confidentiality rules are subject to Match Store’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.

Article Ten – Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights of Match Store are fully owned by Match Store, whether acquired before or after the platform’s establishment.
Users must respect Match Store’s intellectual property, including words, logos, and other symbols on the store.

Article Eleven – Match Store Liability:

Match Store must operate its business legally according to Saudi laws and this agreement.
Match Store is not responsible for claims arising from errors, negligence, direct, indirect, or incidental damages, whether by the user or third parties like shipping companies.
Match Store ensures that products or services are lawful and authorized under Saudi laws.

Article Twelve – Information Confidentiality:

Match Store implements concrete, organizational, and technical measures to protect user data.
Users acknowledge that the Internet is not fully secure, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed 100%.
Match Store has no control over third parties, such as linked websites or third parties claiming to represent users.
Match Store may use your information to provide services, send marketing messages, and applies privacy rules according to its Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.

Article Thirteen – Restriction of Access or Membership:

Match Store may suspend or cancel a user’s membership or restrict access to the platform at any time without notice or reason.

Article Fourteen – Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen – General Provisions:

Canceling any clause does not affect the validity of other clauses.
This agreement constitutes the contractual understanding between Match Store and the user.
Arabic is the governing language for interpretation.
Prices may change from time to time.
Promotional offers are temporary and can be modified or stopped at any time.
Parties must act in accordance with Sharia and applicable laws.
This agreement can only be canceled by a decision from Match Store management.
